These Terms govern use of the public EcomTrade24 website. Individual products may have additional terms that apply to their software, accounts, subscriptions, integrations or merchant functions.

1. Software-provider role

EcomTrade24 develops and operates software, SaaS platforms, APIs, plugins, dashboards, automation and technical integration services. The public website does not offer bank accounts, deposit-taking, electronic money, card acquiring, money transmission, brokerage, portfolio management, financial advice, investments or trading accounts.

2. Independent third-party providers

Some EcomTrade24 software connects users or merchants with independent third-party providers. Those providers are separate businesses and are responsible for their own availability, customer acceptance, KYC and AML checks, payment processing, conversion, transfer execution, refunds and compliance decisions under their own terms. EcomTrade24 cannot override a provider decision.

3. No investment or trading services

EcomTrade24 does not solicit investment deposits, promise returns, manage investment portfolios, provide trading signals, assign brokers or account managers for investment activity, or require taxes or release fees for withdrawal of alleged investment profits.

4. Merchant and customer relationships

The merchant remains responsible for its products, services, website, customers, fulfilment, refunds, taxes and legal compliance. EcomTrade24 is not the seller of a merchant product and is not a party to the underlying purchase agreement unless product-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

5. Technical information

Status data, transaction references and provider events displayed by the software are technical records. They do not constitute investment statements, bank statements, legal advice or a guarantee that an external provider will complete a transaction.

6. Fees

Software fees, subscriptions or commissions are described in the applicable product interface or product-specific terms. Fees charged by independent providers are governed by those providers.

7. Prohibited use

Users may not use EcomTrade24 software for fraud, unlawful goods or services, impersonation, misleading financial promotions, investment scams, malware, unauthorized access, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity.

8. No affiliation with former entity

The current EcomTrade24 platform is not affiliated with the former ECOMTRADE24 Limited registered under HRB 114111 B and does not claim its registration, legal identity, history or regulatory status.

9. Availability and changes

Software features, provider availability and integrations may change. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions and third-party decisions can affect availability.

10. Intellectual property

EcomTrade24 software, branding, website content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. No right to copy, impersonate or operate a confusingly similar service is granted.

11. Privacy and security

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Users must protect account credentials and report suspected impersonation or unauthorized access promptly.
