References in this Privacy Policy to “EcomTrade24,” “EcomTrade24 Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the developer, publisher, or operator responsible for the relevant application or service.

This Privacy Policy explains what information our applications and services may access, how that information is used, which information remains stored locally on the user’s device, and which third-party services may process information.

3. No account required for Phone Detective or Recovera

Phone Detective and Recovera do not require users to create an EcomTrade24 account to use their main local features.

These applications do not require users to submit a name, email address, phone number, password, or personal profile to perform ordinary device scans or local analysis.

Google Play may independently process information connected with application downloads, purchases, subscriptions, advertising, consent choices, and the Google account used on the device.

4. Information users provide directly

Depending on the service, users may voluntarily provide information such as:

• name;
• email address;
• company or organization details;
• website or business information;
• support requests and correspondence;
• product or service interests;
• order, subscription, or transaction references;
• information entered into contact, registration, application, support, or administrative forms.

Information submitted through forms is used for legitimate business communication, customer support, platform administration, security, and service follow-up.

5. Information processed automatically

Our applications, websites, hosting providers, advertising providers, security systems, analytics providers, and platform services may automatically process technical information such as:

• device type and device model;

• request and network metadata;
• application interactions and feature usage;

6. Phone Detective: Phone Health

Phone Detective is a device-information, monitoring, charging, and diagnostic utility.

Depending on the Android version, device hardware, permissions, and features used, Phone Detective may access or process:

• applications visible to Phone Detective;
• application names and package names;
• application installation and update times;
• application permissions and detected permission changes;
• application usage statistics when Usage Access is voluntarily enabled;
• notification activity when Notification Access is voluntarily enabled;
• battery level and charging status;
• charging source;
• battery temperature, voltage, current, health, and estimated charging information when supported by the device;
• device scan results;
• healthy baseline snapshots;
• locally generated timeline entries;
• detected application or device changes;
• diagnostic findings and recommendations;
• application settings and feature preferences.

This diagnostic information is processed and stored locally on the user’s device.

Phone Detective does not intentionally upload the user’s application inventory, scan history, permission findings, charging history, notification history, healthy baselines, or diagnostic results to EcomTrade24 Developer servers.

6.1 Usage Access

If voluntarily enabled, Usage Access allows Phone Detective to review Android-provided application usage statistics and identify applications that may have been unusually active.

Users can deny or revoke Usage Access at any time through Android settings. Some diagnostic results may be less detailed when this access is unavailable.

6.2 Notification Access

If voluntarily enabled, Notification Access allows Phone Detective to count or analyze notification activity for diagnostic purposes.

Phone Detective does not intentionally upload notification content or notification history to EcomTrade24 Developer servers.

Users can revoke Notification Access at any time through Android settings.

6.3 Device notifications

Phone Detective may request permission to display notifications for automatic scan results, important detected changes, subscription-related features, or device alerts.

7. Recovera

Recovera is a device-based photo and file recovery utility designed to scan for accessible media, files, thumbnails, and possible recoverable file records.

Depending on the Android version, storage framework, device manufacturer, permissions, and features used, Recovera may access or process:

• photos, images, videos, audio, documents, or other files accessible to the application;
• files and folders selected by the user through Android’s file picker;
• media-library records and file-system information made available by Android;
• file names, file paths, file types, sizes, dates, and other metadata;
• thumbnails and cached image previews;
• scan results and possible recoverable-file candidates;
• recovery status and locally generated scan history;
• storage capacity and available-storage information;
• application settings and feature preferences.

Recovera processes scans and recovery results locally on the user’s device.

Recovera does not intentionally upload scanned photos, videos, documents, recovered files, thumbnails, file paths, or scan results to EcomTrade24 Developer servers.

When a user chooses to save, export, copy, open, or share a recovered file, Android or the selected destination application may process that file according to the user’s chosen action.

7.1 Storage and media access

Recovera may request access to photos, videos, audio, documents, or selected folders where this access is necessary to perform a scan or save a recovered file.

Permissions are requested only for relevant recovery features. Users can deny or revoke permissions through Android settings, although doing so may prevent Recovera from scanning or restoring certain files.

7.2 Recovery limitations

Recovera cannot guarantee that deleted or missing files can be found or restored.

Recovery results depend on the Android version, device manufacturer, storage technology, file-system behavior, overwriting of deleted data, available permissions, backups, caches, thumbnails, and other device-specific factors.

8. Information stored locally

Phone Detective, Recovera, and other applications published by EcomTrade24 Developer may store information locally to provide their main functionality.

Local information may include:

• scan results;
• application or file information;
• device status information;
• permission information;
• battery and charging information;
• usage or notification statistics;
• recovery candidates and recovery history;
• diagnostic findings;
• timelines, reports, preferences, and baselines.

Local application data can normally be removed by clearing the application’s storage through Android settings or uninstalling the application.

9. Advertising in free versions

Free versions of some applications published by EcomTrade24 Developer, including Phone Detective or Recovera where advertising is enabled, may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• Advertising ID;
• App Set ID or similar identifiers;
• device and operating-system information;
• application interactions;
• advertising impressions, clicks, views, and interactions;
• diagnostic and performance information;
• information used for analytics, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

Depending on the user’s country, age settings, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Applications may provide an “Advertising privacy choices” option where supported so users can review or change applicable consent choices.

Paid or subscription versions may remove advertising where this is stated within the relevant application.

Local Phone Detective diagnostic data and Recovera file-scan results are not intentionally provided to Google AdMob for advertising purposes by our application code.

10. Google services

Applications published by EcomTrade24 Developer may use Google services including:

• Google Play;
• Google Play Billing;
• Google Mobile Ads and Google AdMob;
• Google User Messaging Platform;
• Google Play services;
• Google-provided security, diagnostics, distribution, and application-management services.

Google may independently process device identifiers, advertising information, purchase information, diagnostics, interactions, security information, and technical information under Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

EcomTrade24 Developer does not receive complete payment-card details processed by Google Play.

11. Purchases and subscriptions

Some applications may offer optional subscriptions, upgrades, memberships, or digital products through Google Play.

Purchase-related information may include:

• product or subscription identifier;
• purchase token;
• transaction status;
• subscription status;
• purchase date;
• expiration or renewal information;
• country and currency information;
• information required to restore or verify access.

This information is used to process purchases, verify entitlements, restore access, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal or accounting requirements.

Users can view, manage, or cancel Google Play subscriptions through their Google Play account.

12. How information is used

Advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain regional laws. Where required, consent tools or privacy controls will be provided.

15. Data retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

• Local application data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears application storage, or uninstalls the application.

17. Security

EcomTrade24 Developer uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, and destruction.

Measures may include restricted administrative access, encrypted network connections, monitoring, backups, logging, fraud-prevention controls, and security updates.

No application, device, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their devices with appropriate screen locks, operating-system updates, secure backups, and other available security controls.

18. International processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries outside the user’s country of residence.

Where required, processing and international transfers are handled under the provider’s applicable contractual, privacy, and data-protection obligations.

19. Children’s privacy

Phone Detective, Recovera, and other general utility applications published by EcomTrade24 Developer are not specifically designed for or directed toward children under 13.

EcomTrade24 Developer does not knowingly request children to create accounts or directly submit personal information through applications not intended for children.

Our applications and websites may contain links to independent third-party websites or services.

EcomTrade24 Developer is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of independent third parties. Users should review the privacy policies of those services before providing information.

23. Diagnostic and recovery limitations

Phone Detective provides informational device insights. It is not an antivirus product, medical product, emergency service, professional security audit, hardware repair service, or guarantee that a device is secure or free from harmful software.

Recovera is not a guarantee that deleted, lost, damaged, overwritten, encrypted, or inaccessible files can be restored.

Results depend on information made available by Android, device manufacturers, granted permissions, device hardware, storage technology, available caches, backups, and file-system behavior.

24. Changes to this Privacy Policy

EcomTrade24 Developer may update this Privacy Policy when applications, services, permissions, legal requirements, advertising systems, payment systems, or third-party providers change.

The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
