Security, Trust and Official Identity

EcomTrade24 treats software security, access control and identity protection as operational requirements.

Software security controls

The platform uses controls such as CSRF protection, password hashing, session hardening, input validation, output escaping, upload validation, login throttling, request filtering, IP controls and event logging where supported by the relevant product.

Independent provider boundaries

External providers operate their own payment, KYC, conversion and compliance systems. EcomTrade24 does not ask users to bypass a provider KYC process and cannot approve a customer on behalf of an independent provider.

Official identity

The official hub is ecomtrade24.com. Product links published on this website lead to official subdomains. Official email uses the ecomtrade24.com domain. Be cautious with look-alike domains, free email accounts, unofficial Telegram accounts and messages requesting investment deposits, taxes, unlock payments or remote-access software.

No investment outreach

EcomTrade24 does not contact people to offer investments, trading profits, managed crypto accounts or recovery of alleged investment gains. A message making those claims should be treated as suspected impersonation.

Report suspected impersonation

Send the original email file or full headers, website address, phone number, Telegram username, wallet address and screenshots to [email protected]. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or passwords.
